Built by Lars Svendsgaard in the mid 1950's. The Inn offers ranch-style architecture built in a U-shape around a garden courtyard and heated swimming pool. The inn features a country theme with flowered fabrics and pine furniture. Many fireplace rooms have kitchenettes with microwaves and separate dining areas. Suites have queen-size sofabeds in living areas.

This inn is located in the heart of the Carmel Village within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. All rooms have refrigerators, drip coffee makers, and irons and ironing boards and remote control color television. Complimentary breakfast and newspaper are delivered to your door each morning. This is a totally non-smoking property.

The first night's rent must be prepaid. Advice of cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is a $10 cancellation fee.
